For that reason, I wouldn't say this is a true 'pacifist' run but I think it's the closest you can get in this game.Īfter finishing the last major quest, my stats screen looks like this:
Throughout the run, I was responsible for many many people and things being killed but they were never attributed to me. Just to clarify, this was a 'pacifist' run in the sense that the stats in-game recorded no kills. I thought it would be fun to try to finish the game while minimizing my kill count. I couldn't find any other successful runs like it when I searched around, and there's even a quote from Todd Howard saying that this type of playthrough wasn't a goal for this game. After I played through the main quest line once, I decided to try my hand at a playthrough where I killed the least enemies possible on Survival difficulty.
